Holly McDowell

Paralegal

Holly supports the attorneys at Hemrick O’Malley in preparing and filing a wide range of immigration matters, including asylum petitions and employment- and family-based applications. She regularly communicates with government agencies on behalf of clients and assists in gathering, organizing, and reviewing supporting documentation for filings.

In addition, Holly helps manage client cases from intake through filing, providing administrative and case support to attorneys and fellow paralegals. She is known for her strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

Before joining Hemrick O’Malley, Holly served as a legal secretary at a law firm in Dublin, Ireland, and also worked as an office administrator and social media marketer.
