Olga Fedorova

Attorney

Olga Fedorova is an attorney with Hemrick O’Malley PLLC, where she focuses on business and employment-based immigration law. With nearly 20 years of legal experience in Russia and the United States, she brings deep legal knowledge, practical judgment, and a personal understanding of the immigration process as an immigrant herself. Before relocating to the United States, Olga worked in Russia’s court system. She later earned her LL.M. in American Legal Studies and was admitted to practice law in New York.

Olga represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including EB-1, EB-2, National Interest Waivers, PERM labor certifications, E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, R-1, and other employment-based, student, and visitor visa matters. She also handles family-based immigration cases, including adjustment of status, naturalization, and fiancé visa matters.

In addition to her business immigration practice, Olga has substantial experience in asylum matters. She has prepared clients extensively for asylum interviews and other USCIS interviews, reviewed case materials in depth, developed supporting evidence, and provided direct legal support both in preparation and, where needed, by attending interviews with clients. She is known for her hands-on, strategic, and client-focused approach to representation.

Fluent in English and Russian, Olga combines strong advocacy with practical guidance to help clients navigate complex immigration matters with clarity and confidence.
