Business and Family Immigration Law
Natalie supports Hemrick O’Malley attorneys and assists with preparing cases and documentation for immigration matters. She communicates with clients and assists with business/employment visa documentation, filing FOIA requests with different agencies, removal defense filings, U.S. visa petitions, analyzing case documents, and performing legal research. In addition, she translates legal documents from Spanish to English and vice-versa, providing real-time interpretation during attorney-client meetings, phone consultations, and court hearing preparations.
An organized and dedicated professional, she is known for great diligence and focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
Before joining Hemrick O’Malley, Natalie was an immigration paralegal for a law office in Miami, liaising with attorneys, preparing wide range of immigration documents and connecting with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services for case updates or issues with pending cases. Previously, she worked at the Office of Refugee Resettlement in Corpus Christi, TX, providing documentation assistance and support to case managers.
