Ailbhe O’Grady

Ailbhe supports Hemrick O’Malley attorneys and assists with preparing cases and documentation for immigration matters. She communicates with clients and assists with business/employment visa documentation, removal defense filings, U.S. visa petitions, analyzing case documents, and performing legal research. Her background in Irish law gives her added insight to preparing Irish foreign birth/citizenship applications.

She brings great attention to detail and follow-through and is an adept multi-tasker. Her empathy and compassion make her an outstanding professional.

After emigrating to the U.S., she joined O’Malley & Associates in 2016 as a Research Associate responsible for conducting research on domestic and international immigration regulations to collect and analyze data to help clients with various immigration matters in Ireland and the United States. She also monitored and researched changes to immigration laws, regulations, and policies to keep the firm up to date while also developing documents that explain immigration laws, regulations, and policies. Previously she was
a Caseworker at the Irish Innocence Project in Dublin, analyzing trials, preparing findings and working with the accused and their legal representatives. She began her law career at firms in Galway, Ireland, and London, England.
