Eala Ní Lideadha,
Paralegal

Eala supports Hemrick O’Malley attorneys and assists with preparing and filing asylum petitions and employment-based applications for immigration matters. She also communicates with government agencies on behalf of clients and assists with gathering and organizing documents for their immigration cases. In addition, she is responsible for managing client cases and providing administrative support to attorneys and other paralegals.

An understanding and patient professional, Eala brings excellent language and communication skills to every interaction. Given the complexity of the immigration process and the vulnerability of asylum seekers, she serves as a reliable resource for both answers and advocacy for her clients.

Before joining Hemrick O’Malley, Eala worked with the Immigration and International Protection Department in one of Ireland’s leading human rights law firms. This experience allowed her to work with asylum seekers and refugees and learn the importance of compassion in dealing with clients and their immigration cases. She brings this passion and dedication to her work at Hemrick O’Malley.

During her undergraduate studies, Eala focused on the sociology of immigration and integration, during which time she learned the importance of good communication. She also volunteered at SPEAK, an Irish organization that assists adult immigrants, where she trained as a language mentor and organized classes for immigrants based on cultural competence and inclusion.
